We are looking out for an EHS Trainer who should be able to plan & conduct trainings onsite to our renowned clients as per their request & advise the Health Safety & Environment contact persons. As the company has a small structure in India (10-12 persons in Mumbai), the candidate must be independent, hardworking and reliable. Many business trips involved for the training sessions in India (on average at least 3-4 days per week) + team meetings in Mumbai every 2 weeks.
As an EHS Trainer, you would work closely with the French manager (based in Belgium). Finally, our company ethics insists on punctuality, seriousness, and hard work. In return, high rewards, respect and internal promotion are to be expected.

Your responsibilities & Job description for EHS Trainer
- Developing Training modules related to EHS
- Conduct EHS training need, analysis report preparation and to develop training plan
- Conducting EHS induction training for all newly joined employees
- Conducting all EHS related Job specific training at site
- Deliver EHS Safety Protocols & Risk Assessment Training Programs, as directed by the Management
- He/she will assign appropriate job specific safety training and work with managers to ensure Training is completed as required by company and standards /guidelines.
- Develop and manage a variety of specific environmental, health, and safety programs
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by management
- Support site EHS leads to conduct the trainings on site.
- Identifying external trainings and coordinating with all the project sites on training needs.
- Should be able to customize & deliver the training as per the need related to all EHS topics
Pre-requisites:
- Background of Chemistry (BSC) will be more preferred
- Interest / Experience in Field sales 5-8 years maximum in Pharma, Fertilizer & Chemical Industry
- Good interaction skills with people
- Fluency in both oral and written English+ in 1 Dravidian language at least
- French would be a plus (company gathering in France once a year for all employees worldwide)
Salary: Depending on Experience
